- Northeast Oregon Area Health Education Center, La Grande: $20,000 to expand the Future Health Professionals of Oregon program.
- Portland Workforce Alliance, Portland: $21,000 to increase career-related learning experiences for Portland public school students from 6,000 to 7,000 students.
- p:ear, Portland: $20,000 to enhance a barista training program for homeless and transitional youth by moving the program to a space near Voodoo Donuts.
- Crook County/COCC Open Campus: $40,000 for videoconferencing equipment.
- Treasure Valley Community College, Ontario: $75,000 for construction of a new Science Center.
