Grants and Scholarships
OCF recipients are as diverse as the communities we serve. Our broad focus and flexible approach bring opportunities for change to local communities. OCF’s grant processes include an array of criteria and programs. Leading principles of the foundation’s discretionary grantmaking are to:
- Build an inclusive spirit of community encompassing all the people of Oregon
- Prioritize investments that resolve problems at their source
- Connect private citizens to address needs and aspirations of their communities
