More than $10 million goes to support nonprofits through OCF Spring Grants

Direct emergency services throughout Oregon received a $746,000 boost from The Oregon Community Foundation as part of the spring grant cycle. Nonprofits providing food, affordable housing, emergency shelter and health care were among those funded.

The Oregon Community Foundation is supporting the critical work of nonprofits around the state, with a total distribution of more than $10,470,000 to hundreds of nonprofits.

“In these difficult times, The Oregon Community Foundation is responding to increased needs across Oregon. Our donors have stepped up to the challenge and thanks to their generosity, we have been able to continue our community grants program at the same level this year as last. It is critical that we support programs that support our most vulnerable citizens and shore up our local economy,” said OCF President Greg Chaillé.
