Tamástslikt Cultural Institute
Tamástslikt Cultural Institute is located on the Umatilla Indian Reservation, about 10 minutes east of Pendleton and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the culture and history of the Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla Tribes. It houses artifacts, photo collections and archival materials relating to the history of the three tribes, and is the only American Indian owned and operated interpretive center along the National Historic Oregon Trail.

Jack and Meredith Wilson live on the eastern side of the state where rugged mountain peaks jut against big sky. It is a vast and diverse landscape that provides its inhabitants unique opportunities. At least, that is the way Jack and Meredith Wilson see it.

Harold Wyatt Scholarship Funds

Born in 1913 on a sheep and hay ranch in eastern Oregon, Harold Wyatt has been working with people -- and giving as much as he gets -- for a very long time. He turns 98 in March.
By that time he will have watched more than 260 Oregon students gain some $865,000 to help pay for their college studies, thanks to three scholarship funds he’s established with The Oregon Community Foundation. ...more
