For over 15 years, Kim has been dedicated to making the workplace work better. Using a combination of strategic planning, process design, workshop facilitation and continuous improvement skills, they are adept at understanding the systems in place and leading organizational change to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. A nerd for visual management, metrics development and easy to understand dashboards, Kim is at their best when supporting clear communication and celebrating our mutual successes.

 

Underpinning Kim’s analytical and strategic capabilities is a deep investment in workplace wellbeing. In addition to holding an MA from Exeter University, Kim is also a Certified Mindfulness Instructor.
