Please join us for a special briefing on a new statewide report on homelessness commissioned by OCF. ECONorthwest researchers will present on homelessness determinants, trends in homelessness across the state and how Oregon’s challenges fit into a broader national context.
The presentation will include opportunities for Q&A and discussion with fellow donors. OCF and ECONorthwest will also share a four-part policy framework for proactive, strategic responses to address homelessness in our state.

The Fair Housing Council of Oregon will lead this interactive tour of Portland's history of housing discrimination, displacement and segregation. The tour will be followed by a lunch and discussion. Tour will start and end at Vancouver Avenue First Baptist Church in North Portland.
