This fund supports programs for youth whose families do not have the financial resources for children's programs and activities. This fund should help broaden life experience for children by supporting programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, afterschool programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs and activities provided by schools to residents of Baker County and North Powder. Proposals are reviewed by a committee and grants are awarded in the spring.
